In matrix
polarity processing, we are working with the technique of the reconciliation
of vibrations in opposition. By opposition, we mean that a part of our
consciousness is held or trapped in a programmed state of polarity that
can be described as
‘opposition’. Two emotional states, or states of mind, seem
to be opposed to one another.
To release these vibrations within, we follow these steps:
1. Identifying the pattern
a.
Journal a venting of the feelings around your pattern or the issue you want
to clear. Really vent! It helps to bring the pattern to light...
